How Varithena® Works

During treatment, a small amount of the Varithena microfoam is injected directly into the problem vein through a fine needle. The foam expands inside the vein, filling and collapsing it while safely redirecting blood flow. Over time, the treated vein is naturally absorbed by the body.

The procedure requires only local anesthesia and offers significant improvement in both comfort and appearance, without the need for surgery or laser heat.
